In our Conscious Expansion Program, we delve into the essence of "Spirit in a Body," We talk about and work with the layers of the "I," "We," and "Being Consciousness," exploring what it truly means to be aware and conscious. Often, we think we're fully aware, but there's a big difference between just being aware and truly being conscious. Being aware is like a moment when everything else fades away, and you see the world clearly for the first time. Being conscious, on the other hand, is about noticing our place in the world and feeling an inner calm.

In this program, we'll explore:

  • I Consciousness - It's about seeing yourself and the world around you in a new light, feeling calm and free inside.
  • We Consciousness - Feeling connected with others, understanding we're all part of something bigger.
  • Being Consciousness - Realizing you're part of everything and finding peace in that knowledge.

This course is for anyone curious about diving deeper into their consciousness, whether you're new to the idea or looking to expand your understanding. It is a mix of in-person and online sessions to share experiences and learn together.

  • ​In-person Meetings: Connect and learn together
    on April 13, May 11, and June 8, 2024, from 09:30 to 12:30.
  • Online Sessions: Continue our journey with guided meditations and discussions
    on April 22, May 20, and June 17, from 19:30 to 20:15.

Investment

The cost is €333 for all six sessions. Come join us and explore the spirit within a body, discovering the deep connections between ourselves, others, and the world around us.
